Is Outward Consignment Group a good consignment service?

Hey everyone, I've been doing some research but haven't quite found the answer I'm looking for. Has anyone here used Outward Consignment Group - www.outwardconsignmentgroup.com for their consignment services? Specifically, I'm interested in buying a John Deere Gator XUV from them, but I'm concerned about safety and reliability. Understanding more about their services would really help me feel confident about starting a transaction with them. Any experiences or insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Gizmo, I can vouch for Outward Consignment Group's reliability. I used their service to purchase a boat I found on eBay. The process was smooth—I verified the Inventory ID#, got a Transaction ID# after registering, and everything was straightforward from there. Dealing with them was a pleasure; their communication was excellent, delivery was speedy, and the boat arrived in pristine condition. They even offer a 10-day inspection period, which gave me peace of mind before making my final decision. I'll definitely be using their service again, and I've already recommended them to friends. Their service and concept are brilliant!

 Dang! No doubt, very good service! I've personally used Outward Consignment Group, and I couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. They're a fantastic time saver. I recently purchased a pair of Mavic wheels listed on Craigslist through their website. I accidentally selected store collection initially, but after a quick email exchange, they promptly corrected it and delivered the wheels to my home free of charge within days. Plus, I saved $200 compared to other sellers. I highly recommend them!;).

Definitely go for it! I recently purchased a newer Polaris Ranger for my daughter's work through them. The delivery was right on time, and the staff member I spoke with over the phone was incredibly helpful and polite. The UTV itself looks good and operates perfectly, but I'm waiting for my daughter's feedback before giving the final verdict! :D

I've gone through their FAQs page thoroughly, but I believe sharing a consolidated opinion could be really helpful for newcomers here! Personally, I think it would be great to have a straightforward explanation of a few key points. For instance, clarity on their return policy and maybe some tips on navigating their website efficiently would be fantastic. Any insights from experienced users would be much appreciated!:D Let's make things easier for everyone starting out :)

They really impressed me with how quickly they handled everything. I purchased a SeaRay Sundancer through outwardconsignmentgroup.com. Before making the purchase, I had a detailed phone conversation with their team, who provided excellent advice on the entire process. Once I registered on their website and completed the payment, the boat was delivered to me within 48 hours, and it was in pristine condition, both in terms of appearance and functionality. Outward Consignment Group consistently delivers exceptional service, and I've come to expect nothing less from them. Their expertise shines through, especially in handling boats, PWCs, and a wide range of other products...

Absolutely, I completely agree. In the realm of Craigslist, where scams can unfortunately be prevalent, finding a reliable service like Outward Consignment Group is a breath of fresh air. They excel not only in facilitating online purchases but also in providing exceptional at-home service. Their depth of expertise is truly impressive—they take the time to understand your needs and recommend solutions that genuinely work for you, which is increasingly rare these days. Online transactions with them are a easy, quick, and efficient, and their delivery service as well. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them:D

From my own experience, I can confidently say that Outward Consignment Group is the real deal. It surprises me that people still question their legitimacy when there's a wealth of glowing 5-star reviews from satisfied customers online.
I personally sold a Donzi boat through their Fort Myers, FL storage facility, and I couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. Their service was impeccable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

+1 I started a transaction with them and mentioned that I needed the items by a specific date due to an upcoming event. They were very accommodating and, after a quick discussion, we mutually agreed on a slight adjustment to the timeline. The items were dispatched promptly and arrived well within the required time-frame. The communication throughout was clear and consistent. Their efficient service truly stood out to me!

All pluses from me! Although I did find their fees a bit high when selling expensive items. However, from a buyer's perspective, their service is excellent. They don't charge any fees for buyers, and they ship the items straight to your home, which is incredibly convenient. For instance, when I purchased a high-end camera, the transaction was smooth, the item arrived promptly. The communication from their team was good, and they kept me informed every step. Honestly, I can't ask for more from a service like this. Despite the selling fees, the overall convenience and reliability make it worth it!

+2! Outward Consignment Group is one of the best consignment companies I've ever dealt with. My experience with them was great as well. They are incredibly reliable, and there's no doubt about their legitimacy. However, a word of caution, never send payments via Western Union or MoneyGram. If a 'seller' requests this, it's a scam! Always ensure you contact Outward Consignment Group directly and verify the Inventory ID# and the Transaction ID#. Doing this will keep your transaction secure and give you peace of mind!

I usually steer clear of online services and companies, because I prefer direct interaction to discuss the items I'm interested in buying. However, my experience with Outward Consignment Group was different. Despite being an online consignment service, it didn't feel like one at all. I exchanged a few emails with their staff about the condition of a car I wanted to purchase, details about their delivery service, and general information on their '10-Day Money Back Guarantee'. They were incredibly responsive and addressed all my concerns. The whole process was smooth, and I encountered no issues.
